Ubiquiti UniFi Wifi 

The Ubiquiti Unifi wifi system is a free software based controller that can be installed on Windows or Linux VM.  It enables you to centrally manage and provision UniFi Access points and a range of Ubiquiti UniFi switches.

There are no license costs which makes it cost efficient for scalability.  Changes can be made through the web or via an app. Its straight forward interface makes it a good choice for internal staff to support.  Industrial Networks can assist with the install and ongoing maintenance.  For smaller installs a cloud key controller can be used instead of a server installation.
